Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with us! We want to make sure you have the best experience possible. If you need to make a return, please follow these simple steps:
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your return request. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving the item.
2. Let us know what item(s) you are returning and why.
3. Please send the item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving it.
Here are a few important things to keep in mind:
- Items must be unused and unwashed.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the shipping cost.
- If you qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the calculated shipping cost from your refund.
- Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment.
- Custom items cannot be refunded.
- Sale items are eligible for store credit only.
We are happy to offer exchanges. If you encounter any issues with your order, please follow the same steps listed above. We do not recreate items for exchanges, rather, we will exchange items for anything that’s listed in our shop that’s equal in price or over. If the item you’d like to exchange for is greater in value, you will pay the diffrence.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive defective or flawed.
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items labeled as defective or flawed
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was recieved damaged or in error. Additionally, please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition to avoid any loss in value.
Rest assured, once the original purchased item has been returned and inspected, we will send out the exchange/refund promptly.
